who am I online ? 

I am you, him, her, them .. everyone who surfs the net and uses digitalized technology. 

I am a blogger, blog reader, online shopper, gossip lover, Wii owner, Iphone4 owner, Facebooker, theres a lot more  .. in fact in this age "IM A PC.. WINDOWS 7 WAS MY IDEA". 

 & other fashion stores of-course !!! :o .this picture almost  shows all my usage but the next dosage of words will break down my actual representation . 

Unlike the many who have taken the term 'digital identity & representation online' to another level, I am not a member of second life or other virtual communities & fan sites that could suggest an actual online identity. 

I have a Facebook account Sybil G Zee. I do not have many friends on the page because i am trying hard not to let FB define me.

My phone dominates my whole technological being and what not. It is through my phone, where most of my entertainment comes from, OK so i can do all the stuff on my laptop too but have you ever heard of immediacy ?   

The logic of immediacy dictates that the medium itself should disappear and leave us in the presence of the thing being represented :sitting in the race car or standing on the rooftop.Jay David Bolter and Richard Grusin Remediation 

In my case in relation with the "quote" I would be a bird in 'Angry Birds' preferably the mighty eagle - the destroyer!! a game I find myself the 'former games hater' very much consumed in this game and just trying to beat the levels .. I am definitely getting good at this. 


I remember in one of my first lectures .. It was in the two day mature-students convention thing.. one lecturer said "knowing shit is cool" he was so right, I mean where would we be if we did not know stuff. 


My phone sat in its box for a whole week after I bought it. 
Not because I did not want to scratch it, but because I had no clue how to set up the gadget.. 

I got in the know, taking my phone out of the box regularly to inspect it whilst watching some tutorials on youtube.. 
what has the world come to .. there is a manual in the box, i have no condition that prevents me from reading it but.. I went on the net to find out how to do it .. and to my surprise many people have made tutorials.. unboxing and setting up the iphone 4th generation .. it is like a proper viral just chilling on the net . 




hope I am not waffling .. im trying my hardest to touch on a few topics whilst they are still fresh on my mind .. 


If truth be told, I learn a lot from YouTube.. it has turned into a proper learning zone.. type a topic in and you will get many others relating to your chosen topic.. 


hair and make up tutorials .. 
I learnt my photoshop basics on there .. 
there are even fashion vlogs that emerged from YouTube. 
This guy is a genius .. I swear by absolute fashion but fashion is everywhere .. you have to have style to stand out .. this guy can teach you a thing or two ..
